Welcome. There is nothing more exciting about money, especially if it is yours. I come from a belief that money should not make you its slave. Like fire, money makes a good servant.

No doubt, finances are essential to our lives. How we live our lives determine how much money we have, and how much money we have, in turn, determines how we live. We cannot live without it, and yet, we also cannot live in excess. There is that balance that we need to keep. But how much is too little, or too much?

That's why only you know best how you want your life to be. That's why this is all about your financial journey.

I am Cedric Tan. I'm a financial advisor with a well-known independent financial advisory firm. I plan with my clients their financial roads, and we set off together, working hand-in-hand along the way to get them where they want to go. At the same time, I also set up contingencies and safety nets, in the event of personal disasters that can upset their intended plans.

My work is not suitable for everybody. I work well only with financially responsible clients, who may not necessarily have the knowledge, skills or a huge amount of money, in making a successful financial journey, but are sincere in learning how, and to actually do whatever is required. If you are looking for an advisor who is merely doing product and investment comparisons, I would advise you to look for someone else.
